Mike has worked in the financial services since 1990 and founded Arrowe Financial in 1998. He has been providing clients with advice regarding investments and pensions together with mortgages and protection to suit individual’s specific needs.

Mike is passionate about supporting local charities through the Openwork Foundation. Previously, Mike undertook the challenge of completing 101 sprint triathlons in 101 days for two charities; Zoe's Place and Claire House.

An avid follower of football and rugby, Mike also enjoys travelling, sports and spending time with the family.

Jane specialises in mortgages from residential to complex Buy-to-Let portfolios and is a passionate advocate of personal family and business protection.

Jane has travelled the world competing in sprint triathlon and is a former World bronze and European gold sprint medallist in Triathlon Age Group.

She is still competing and hopes to pass her passion and enthusiasm for life to her new granddaughters.

Dave has been with Arrowe Financial Ltd since 2009, Advising on Pensions, Investments, Mortgages & Protection. Dave helps his clients take steps towards their financial goals through personalised planning and regular reviews. He also takes pride in providing peace of mind and financial security for his clients by extensively reviewing their Protection needs.

Dave is a keen runner and has taken part in multiple marathons, and enjoys holidays with his wife and two children.

Sue joined Arrowe Financial in 2007 as a mortgage and protection adviser. Sue now also advises on investments, pensions and is the firms equity release specialist.

Sue loves to spend time with family and friends and enjoys travelling and reading.

Sharon joined Arrowe Financial in 2006. Sharon plays a key role in the daily running's of the business as the office manager. Sharon supports Mike with her technical expertise to make sure investments and pensions are looked after on platform. Sharon is always on hand to help clients and everyone at the firm.

Sharon helps run a local Karate group every week with her husband and has earned her black belt. She also enjoys singing with Rock Choir, walking her two dogs and spending time with the family.

Rob retired from fire service and is now enjoying the challenges of working in financial services, he brings with him a whole range of skills and experience and is a fully qualified investment and pensions adviser.

Rob is an avid football supporter and watches his local team regularly and also enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Neil joined the team in March 2018 looking to start his career in financial services, he is now a qualified investments and pensions adviser and also a mortgage and protection adviser. Coming from a marketing and hospitality background, Neil knows how important service is for all clients and making sure they are looked after. He graduated in 2016 from Sheffield Hallam University with a degree in Marketing & Management.

Neil enjoys spending quality time with his partner and his daughters. He enjoys keeping fit by taking part in all types of sports and also has a keen interest in cooking.

Rob joined the team at Arrowe Financial early in 2022. He is qualified to advise on Mortgages and Protection, Pensions and Investments.

He feels financial advice is crucial for the big life decisions on your financial journey such as house buying, starting a family, investing for the future and saving towards retirement.

Based in Durham, Rob is keen to give his clients his full, ongoing support in large or small financial matters.

He is a father to two young children who keep him constantly entertained and he enjoys time in the outdoors, including hiking and gardening.

Clare joined Arrowe Financial in October 2024.
As operations manager Clare’s focus is on enhancing systems, processes and best practice to assist our advisers by managing day to day operations, enabling them to focus on, and look after, our clients financial needs.
Clare has a background in banking, admin and customer service. For the last 12 years she has worked in the education sector, latterly as a School Business Manager.
In her spare time Clare likes to garden, socialise with friends and bake. She enjoys family holidays with her husband and two children.

Sam joined Arrowe Financial in October 2025 as a Trainee Mortgage and Protection Adviser, starting his career in the financial services sector. Sam’s background includes a First-Class degree in BSc Business Economics and has previously worked in Accountancy and Tax.
Sam is a huge sports fan and plays golf at Heswall Golf Club. He is a keen runner and is aiming to improve his half marathon PB over the coming years. He also loves spending time with Family and Friends.

Lucy Joined team Arrowe in October 2021 and brings a background in insurance , administration, and customer service. She combines analytical skills with a creative outlook, supported by a Fine Art degree from Sheffield Hallam University. A proud mum of two beautiful daughters who are the light of her life, Lucy loves exploring new places and creating memories with her husband and girls. In her spare time, Lucy enjoys playing piano and reading, and is an enthusiastic runner aiming to complete a marathon in the near future.

Ella started working for Arrowe in September 2021 as an admin assistant and in-house photographer, having previously worked in television production before the coronavirus pandemic.
In her spare time, Ella enjoys writing, photography and spending time with her family. She has a keen interest in film and television and hopes to write and direct her own series in the near future.

Esme joined Arrowe in late 2024 after working in the fashion industry. She received A level qualifications in Business, Textiles and Drama at Wirral Grammar girls and is currently a paraplanner hoping to become an adviser in the near future.

Esme has competed internationally in gymnastics and has recently taken up boxing. She loves to spend time with her friends, family and two dogs; Bentley & Frankie. She also still holds a keen interest in fashion & hopes to travel the world.

Jack has been working with Arrowe since March 2020 and has filled a number of roles from web-page design to logistics.
Jack started a jewellery company in April 2021 and so divides his time between running his own business and working with Arrowe.
In his free time, Jack likes to keep fit, see his friends and travel with his partner.
